Jill Esson, COO, developed a passion for EDI while working as a National Manager in Employment Equity in the Federal Government.  During her career, she has helped people understand the beliefs and values of other cultures and ethnic groups.  Jill is certified in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and  is a trained facilitator in the areas of mental health, cultural competency, anti-racism and unconscious bias.  In 2019, Jill received the Emerson Douyon Multiculturalism Award. This National award recognizes her commitment to promoting the principals of multiculturalism and fostering cross-cultural understanding and ethnic harmony.
